The second fundamental parameter is recovery. Our body, in order to feel the improvements due to a great stimulus, has to have the possibility of recovering the greater energy consumed more eciently and quickly.
A third parameter is continuity, therefore it is important to train intensively for prolonged periods of time. This allows an adequate stimulus for improved performance. This is fundamental, especially in high level athletes.
ACCAPI has given us the PHOTONIZER 4-14, the bottle cover to use both with water and with supplement, clothes (worn the day and the night) and knee guard, elbow pads and ankle bands. We used them with the elite Kenyan marathon runners, who when training cover from 200 to 230km/week, often on undulating ground, at 2000 metres above sea level. We have also used them with amateurs, especially in resistance sports. An amateur "only" covers from 50 to 100km a week, has a daily job, travel, sleeps little and trains a very strange time also recovery is far more diffcult.
I have also tested the ACCAPI FIR products with a rugby team I coach. In the sport, there are often traumas from strain. A light three-quarter weight 80-90 kg and there are athletes who weight as much as 120 to 130 kg. The strain on the joints is enormous. They have also constant injuries from collisions, both in matches and during training. This is why Rugby is a very significant test. I have also recently started to use ACCAPI FIR with a boxer who has started his professional career and he won."
